The List of Skills Expanded data download report displays information about all skills Used to automate delivery of interactions based on agent skills, abilities, and knowledge you can view, including whether the skill is active or inactive, the campaign
A grouping of skills used to run reports. and media type
A medium, such as voice, email, and chat, through which a contact connects with an intended recipient. associated with the skill, the skill's SLA, and the last modification date and time. It is similar to the List of Skills Report but contains an expanded list of skill attributes.
