Columns

AgentID

The unique ID of the agent.

AgentName

The first and last name of the agent.

BusinessUnitID

The ID of the to which the agent belongs.

BUConfigForDigital

Indicates that the tenant is configured for Digital Engagement (requires that you have Digital First Omnichannel).

AgentConfigForDigital

Indicates that the agent was configured for Digital Engagement during the specified billing month (requires that you have Digital First Omnichannel.

BillingMonth

The first day of the billing month.

DateUpdatedToDigital The date during the specified billing month when the agent was updated with a digital skill.
