Minimum required permission: Interaction Analytics View

The My Data link opens a table of all configured datasets in the tenant High-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your CXone environment. The table includes:

• The name of the dataset Set of parsed interaction transcripts that spans a specific period of time and match your specified filter criteria..
• The date the dataset was last updated.
• The time range the dataset covers.
• The channels included in the dataset.
• The category template Category groupings that help you use the data for a specific purpose. Out-of-the-box category templates include Intent to Buy and Risk Aversion. (set) applied to the dataset.
• The language of the dataset.
• An icon that lets you open the dataset's workspaces.
• A more options icon that lets you use AutoDiscovery, edit the dataset, or delete it.
