Interaction Analytics Permissions
You must have appropriate permissions to see the navigation for the Roles & Permissions feature. If your organization isn't configured for the CXone Interaction Analytics application, you won't see these permissions.

User Settings
Analytics Access
Enables users to do the following regarding Analytics access:

View: Users can log in to the application, view pre-configured datasets and their workspaces, configure workspace widgets, and drill down to interactions and transcripts.

Edit: Includes all functionality from the View permission. Users can also create and edit datasets; create, edit, and delete dataset workspaces; view dataset categories and rules; and manage the company profile.

Admin: Includes all functionality from the Edit permission. Users can also create, edit, and delete workspace and category templates; set up categories and category rules; apply transcript corrections, and manage text-based routing.
Dashboard Widgets
Frustration
You can turn this permission on or off. By turning this permission on, you grant user access to the Frustration widget which can be viewed in the Dashboard application. You must also have Dashboard permissions to see or edit this widget.
Transcript Upload
Enables users to turn Transcript Upload on or off.
AutoDiscovery Access
You can turn this permission on or off. By turning this permission on, you allow the user to access and use AutoDiscovery to quickly identify areas for further investigation. For access to AutoDiscovery, you must have access to Interaction Analytics Advanced or Interaction Analytics Pro.
Enlighten Metrics Access
You can turn this permission on or off. By turning this permission on, you allow the user to view Enlighten metrics in filters and widgets. This feature requires Interaction Analytics Premium and one or more Enlighten use cases.
