Project Dashboards
In an upcoming release, this application will be removed for all systems except for those with FedRAMP enabled. Unless your system is FedRAMP-enabled, switch to the new CXone Mpower Dashboard application as soon as possible for an improved experience.
Projecting a dashboard can be done from anywhere within CXone Mpower, from the top navigation bar.
The dashboard projection feature enables you to select a dashboard from your favorite dashboards list and project it in view-only mode onto another monitor, allowing you to continue working within CXone Mpower on your main screen.
In addition, you can project all of your favorite dashboards in a slideshow that will automatically switch between dashboards. You can define how long each of the dashboards stays on the projected screen before switching to a new one.
You can project a dashboard to keep track of specific data while you work, or even project one onto a central screen for others to see.

Once you've projected a dashboard on to another monitor, you can also use the arrows in the navigation bar to page through the other dashboards in your favorite list!
