Sample Studio Scripts
The scripts in this section are intended to give you a starting place in developing scripts for your organization. You can download and customize them for use in your environment.
- If you are not confident with integrating these scripts into your system, you can work with NICE CXone Professional Services to assist you with script customization. Ask your CXone Account Representative for more information.
- Perform plenty of testing to ensure that these scripts work properly in your environment. These scripts are approved by technical personnel, but NICE is not responsible for errors or mistakes that occur during your integration process.

Available Scripts
Currently, one script is available:
- Custom Personal Queue and Custom Personal Chat Queue: These sample scripts allow you to replace the default system script for transferring contacts to an agent for phone and chat interactions.
