Tenant Management (TM) is an administrative application that enables business partners to support their own tenants and customers. TM is also used by implementation and support personnel who assist partners and customers with their CXone Mpower systems.
Separate user accounts are maintained in TM for use only within this application. If you need access to both TM and your own CXone Mpower tenant, you must have an account in each.
Using TM, partner administrators can:
- View a complete list of their own tenants as well as details about each tenant's configuration.
- Assign their own branding profile to their tenants.
- Access their tenants' CXone Mpower applications via impersonation to provide technical assistance and support.

High-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your CXone Mpower system. as a "favorite". This lets you filter the list of tenants by their selected favorites.
