Agent Data Groups

Agent data groups (ADGs) in EM are available only for IEX WFM Integrated.

ADGs provide a user-defined database of agent information. They are maintained in IEX WFM Integrated.

Agent data groups can store information, such as:

• Emergency contact numbers and home phone numbers.

• Addresses.

• Committee and special project assignments.

• Supervisor assignments.

• Team leaders.

• Special information about each agent.

To import a site and supervisor:

1. Go to Setup > ADGs.

2. Select a Site. This is the site's agent data group name in IEX WFM Integrated.

3. Select a Supervisor. This is the name of the supervisor in IEX WFM Integrated assigned to the agent data group.

4. Click Save.
