In an upcoming release, this application will be removed for all systems except for those with FedRAMP enabled. Unless your system is FedRAMP-enabled, switch to the new CXone Dashboard application as soon as possible for an improved experience.
Create your own dashboard to display the specific information you're interested in seeing. You can use widgets from different applications, giving you a wide scope of data.
To create a dashboard:
- Click the app selector
and select Dashboard. Click My Dashboards
Click New Dashboard.
In the Create New Dashboard window, give your dashboard a name. If you'd like you can also add a description.
Click Create.
Choose widgets to add to your dashboard.
The widgets are divided by type and functionality. You'll find a widget tab for whichever applications you have a license for.
Depending on what type of widget you want, click on the relevant tab, and then drag and drop the widget you choose into your dashboard! As the dashboard owner, you can resize the widgets to optimize your view of the dashboard. Some of the widgets may have data settings you can configure as well.
