Log in to Agent for Salesforce

You must enter your login credentials the first time you launch Agent for Salesforce whether you are using Salesforce Classic or the Lightning Experience. After your initial log in, you can choose to automatically launch Agent for Salesforce when you open Salesforce.

Log in to Agent for Salesforce

  1. Launch the Agent for Salesforce from the utility bar.

  2. Enter your CXone Username. Click Next.

  3. Enter your Password. Click Next.

  4. Connect your phone.

  5. To log out of Agent for Salesforce:

    If you are using Agent for Salesforce Classic, click Options  >  Logout.

    If you are using Fully Integrated Lightning Agent for Salesforce, log out using the agent status drop-down.

    Logging out of Salesforce will not automatically log you out of Agent for Salesforce.

Log in to Agent for Salesforce Using SAML SSO

You must log in to CXone before opening the Agent for Salesforce. If you do not, you will receive an error when you attempt to log in.

To use this feature, you must be using v16.0 or higher and have the correct call center assigned to you. If you do not, contact your administrator for assistance.

  1. Log in to CXone using SAML Single Sign On (SSO).

  2. Launch the Agent for Salesforce from the utility bar.

  3. Click Login.

  4. Connect your phone.

Locate the Installed Version

You can use information contained in the user interface to determine which version of Agent for Salesforce you have installed.

  1. Click Information (indicated by the 'i' in a circle icon).

  2. Scroll down to view the version.
