You must have appropriate permissions to see the navigation for the Roles & Permissions feature. If your organization isn't configured to use the CXone Mpower Guide application, you won't see this permission.
The Administrator role should be assigned to you. For more information, see Roles.
Rules
Allows users to view or edit Guide engagement rules.
Guide Branding
Allows user to view or edit the Guide branding settings.
Guide Configuration
Allows users to use the rest of the Guide configuration settings, such as create templates, buttons, and entry points.
