NICE values accessibility and wants to provide user-friendly features and capabilities for client facing applications within the Digital Experience portfolio. This includes Guide and Digital Chat.
In general, Digital Experience is WCAG 2.2 AA-compliant and works with JAWS and NVDA. The Digital Experience team holds annual accessibility audits to confirm the quality of each new feature and identify areas for improvement. New features are tested for the following criteria:
