Still using Coaching Packages? They will be switched to read-only mode in the upcoming release (24.4). We have new CXone Coaching with enhanced features.
Coaching Packages are forms that you, as a manager, create for your employees to review. The form can include anything that you find relevant. You can attach files, interactions, links, and even videos intended to teach your employee and improve their abilities.
Each package has an objective and an estimated time for completion.
Once you've finished creating a coaching package, you have to activate it before it can be assigned to a coaching plan for distribution.
To create a coaching package:
- Click the app selector
and select CXone Coaching. -
Click Coaching Packages.

Click New Coaching Package. A blank package with a default logo opens.

In the Properties pane, define the form title and subtitle for the header. When the employee opens the package, these fields are automatically filled in.
You can also define the background color of the package and change the default logo. The supported image files are JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and JPEG.

Define the objective and label for the coaching package.

Drag and drop element to the sections and define the element properties in the Properties pane.

Click Save.

In the Save Form window, enter a name for your coaching package and click Save.
The newly created package will appear in the Coaching Packages window.

Activate the package by clicking Activate. You can use this package in future coaching plans.
