Scheduling Unit to WEM Skill Distribution
This calculation uses the percentages entered on the Scheduling Unit to WEM Skill Distribution page to calculate the WEM Skill staffing distribution.
WEM Skill FTE Required Distribution
This calculation uses the weekly FTE required for each WEM Skill in the plan to calculate the WEM Skill staffing distribution. Here is the calculation for a plan WEM Skill, for a week:
WEM Skill x FTE Required / (WEM Skill 1 FTE Required + WEM Skill 2 FTE Required + WEM Skill n FTE Required)
Where:
x is the WEM Skill
n is number of WEM Skills in the plan
When FTE Required is ???, the WEM Skill distribution for the WEM Skill for that week is 0. If the FTE Required is ??? for all WEM Skills in a plan week, the WEM Skill distribution for that week is 0.
This calculated WEM Skill distribution percentage is independent of the plan Scheduling Units. In the Scheduling Unit to WEM Skill Distribution page, data is the same for all Scheduling Units in the plan.
