PAGE

Pops a page in the agent application to assist an agent in their interaction. Dependencias

• In digital scripts, you must add the following variable assignment to a SNIPPET action. The action must be located after the OnAssignment action and before the Page action:

  ASSIGN __agentId = "{agentID}"

  This is because the PAGE action requires the __agentID system variable, which is not present in the script by default. Note that the first two characters in the __agentId system variable are two underscores ( _ ).

• Any variables created or changed by the Page action will lose their values when any event, such as Onrelease, Onsignal, or other similar event, runs in the script. If data needs to be preserved for use after the call ends, an API call or DB insert should be used via iframe before the Page action ends.
• Be sure to use a Pageclose action to conclude a sequence of Page actions. Not closing out a Page may result in "stuck" contacts as an agent may be able to click Next within the popped page even after the interaction is finished.
• In NiCE CXone Agent Workspace (Agent) applications, screen pops configured using Page do not respect the Panel Open in Browser: General agent setting. Instead, the Panel Open in Browser: Page Action Only agent setting determines whether they open externally or inside Agent Workspace (Agent).

Actualmente, no se puede configurar la acción PAGE en Studio. En su lugar, utilice una herramienta de terceros para crear una página, luego copie y pegue el XML en la propiedad XML sin procesar de esta acción.
