Tags work all throughout 机器人生成器 to help you categorize and analyze your data. Tags can be applied automatically as a bot action during a conversation. They can also be applied manually after a conversation has happened. You can add new tags and manage existing tags. All tags that are applied to at least one conversation are displayed in Bot 见解.
Create Tags
You can create a tag as you are building a story

On the Settings tab, click Tags.

Type a name for the tag, then press Enter.
Apply Tags
While you are building a story 用于训练机器人根据意图和上下文进行交互处理 or rule 用于定义机器人对不随上下文变化的消息的响应。, you can tell your bot when to automatically apply a tag in a conversation. Hover over the plus sign until it changes to a bot icon and displays all the bot actions, then select Add Tag.
You can also manually apply tags while you are reviewing conversations that have already happened.
