Schedule Manager
Enables users to do the following with schedule manager:

View: Users can see and navigate to the feature page from the menu and see the contents of the page. This is a foundation permission that may be included with higher-level permissions.

Manage: Users can create, edit, delete, and deactivate entries for a feature or page.
Generate Schedule
Enables users to view or manage generate schedule.
Bidding Manager
Enables users to view or manage bidding manager.
Staffing Plans
Enables users to do the following with staffing plans:

Generate Forecasts
Enables users to do the following in the generate forecasts feature:

Historical Data
Enables users to do the following with historical data:

Activity Codes
Enables users to view or manage activity codes.

Enables users to view or manage daily, weekly, and rotation rules.
Shift Bidding Templates
Enables users to view or manage shift bidding templates.
Shift Trading
Enables users to view or manage the shift trading feature.
Seat Limits
Enables users to view or manage seat limits.
MyZone
View Personal Schedule
Enables users to turn view personal schedule on or off.
Personal Time Off Requests
Enables users to turn personal time off requests on or off.
Submit Shift Bids
Enables users to turn the submit shift bids feature on or off.
Set Preferences
Enables users to turn the set preferences feature on or off.
General Permissions
Real Time Adherence
Enables users to turn real time adherence on or off.
Intraday
Enables users to turn Intraday on or off. This also controls access to the CXone WFM widgets in the Dashboard application, which users must also have permission to access.
Requests

Approval Rules
Allows users to view or manage the rules in the Approval Rules page in the CXone WFM application.
This feature is only available for users with the CXone WFM Advanced license.
Schedule Optimization
This feature is only available for users with the CXone WFM Advanced license.
With the View permission, users can access the:

Schedule Optimization Rules page—See the settings of existing rules.
They cannot create, edit, delete, activate or deactivate rules.

Schedule Optimization Plans page—See plans but not optimize active plans.
With the Manage permission, users can access the:

Schedule Optimization Rules page—Create, edit, delete, activate, or deactivate rules.
-
Schedule Optimization Plans page—See plans and optimize active plans.
Keep in mind, users can only optimize active plans if they also have permission to Manage the Schedule Manager.
Data Extraction APIs
CXone WFM Payroll API
You can turn this permission on or off. By turning this permission on, you allow users to extract payroll data using the CXone WFM Payroll API. The data can be used for external payroll reports.
