啟動 Conversations

控制使用者是否可以在Conversations中從應用程式選擇器啟動 CXone Mpower。 Conversations允許CXone Mpower使用者進行一對一和群組聊天。

Conversations需要 Digital Experience 授權。 使用者必須擁有 Digital Engagement employee 設定檔屬性才能使用Conversations。

要允許客服專員存取ConversationsCXone Mpower Agent應用程式中的，請為其角色的桌面設定檔啟用它。
