Discover Connectivity Requirements Wizard

This is the first page of an online help wizard that walks you through discovering the connectivity requirements for your call center's implementation of CXone.

The wizard walks you through the following steps:

  1. Learn the ports required for the CXone applications your organization uses.

  2. Learn the FQDNs and IP addresses required for the cluster where your CXone system is located.

  3. Learn the FQDNs and IP addresses required for voice implementations.

As you work through the online help wizard, pay attention to these images. They will help you keep track of where you are in the process of obtaining all of the connectivity details.
