This page lists the FQDNs and their associated IP address blocks that NiCE CXone requires based on the cluster where your NiCE CXone system is located. To discover the information for your organization: 

  1. Select your cluster name in the checklist on the right side of the page.
  2. Copy the information that appears at the bottom of this page.
  3. If you don't know your cluster name, contact your account representative.

To stay on top of changes to connectivity-related pages, NiCE CXone recommends using a service that monitors the pages and notifies you of changes.

  • Commercial: The standard NiCE CXone environment.
  • FedRAMP: An environment that meets strict security and compliance standards for the United States federal government. This environment is isolated from commericial operations and includes advanced security controls such as continuous monitoring and restricted access.
  • Sovereign: A sovereign cloud is a cloud computing environment designed to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of a specific country or region. This type of cloud ensures that data residency, privacy, and operational compliance are maintained according to local laws and policies. The most common features of a sovereign cloud are that data is stored within specific geographic boundaries, limiting data access, data privacy and security.
