Analytics Services provide a central place to manage how NiCE CXone processes interaction data. Administrators can create Analytics Policies to control which interactions are analyzed, the language used for post -call transcription and analysis, and the analytics features that run on those interactions. They can also create Redaction Profiles to remove or mask sensitive information in transcripts and recordings.
Analytics Services Permissions
Analytics Services license in Tenant Manager and the corresponding permission in Roles & Permissions combine to govern visibility to these features.

Analytics Policies: Enables users to work with analytics policies on the Analytics Policies page in Admin > Analytics Services> Analytics Policies.

Redaction Profiles: Enables users to work with redaction profiles on the Redaction Profiles page in Admin > Analytics Services> Redaction Profiles.
