Custom Report Headers

If your report template generates a report in a format other than CSV, you can also add a custom header to the top of the report. You may want to include information in the header such as a date range or filters that were applied. You also have the option to style the header by determining how many rows it spans or adding a logo.

Once you create a custom report header, you can create a new custom report template or modify an existing one to apply the header to it.

Reports generated in CSV format do not support headers. Reports generated in PDF format do not support logos in the headers.

Create Custom Report Headers

Required permissions: Custom Report Headers Edit or Create

  1. Click the app selector and select Reporting.
  2. Select Headers under ACD Custom Reports.
  3. Click Create New.
  4. Give the header a unique Name.
  5. Determine if you want the report header to span Multiple Rows or be contained in a Single Row.

  6. Click Next if you want to add a logo. If you don't want a custom logo, click Save and skip the next step.
