CXone Mpower Performance Management Next Generation Widgets

In this category, the widgets use the Performance Management Next Generation application to help supervisors and managers understand and improve agent performance. They allow supervisors to create gamification campaigns to motivate and engage agents to improve their performance. You can drag and drop the widget or double-click on the widget to add them to your dashboard. You can also use the settings to add your filters to see the data.

You cannot see these widgets if you do not have the license for Performance Management Next Generation.

Games Widget

As an agent, the Games Widget shows your active and recently completed games. It helps you keep track of your progress and shows your current game rankings. You can see your gaming milestones, which give you a clear picture of completed and upcoming achievements. It also helps you reach your game goals by providing updates on your current and past games and your progress towards set objectives.

Supervisors can create different types of games like leaderboards, progress bars, game boards, for example, bingo, bullseye.

Games motivate agents by allowing them to earn virtual coins and badges when they achieve milestones or targets for configured metrics.
Agents can view their current rank or position, progress, and the potential rewards they can earn by hovering over the user-interface elements in the game.
Games refresh every 5 minutes to show updated progress and rankings.
Ended games are displayed for 2 weeks before being removed.

Click Options and then Settings on the widget to Refresh, or Duplicate the widget.

Challenges Widget

The Challenges Widget provides a comprehensive view of active, upcoming, and concluded challenges. It is a functional tool that allows you to issue challenges to colleagues. Additionally, it has the capability to accept incoming challenges. This widget is designed to help you efficiently manage and monitor all challenge activities.

Supervisors can create time-bound challenges for agents, and agents can view and participate in active challenges from the dashboard.

Click Options and then Settings on the widget to Refresh, or Duplicate the widget.

Games Tracker Widget

The Game Tracker PM Widget is a powerful tool designed to help supervisors monitor their agents' gaming activities effectively. This widget provides a comprehensive overview of both active and recently finished games, allowing supervisors to track progress, rankings, milestones, and game goals with ease.

This widget has a card-based layout, where visually appealing cards represent each agent under the supervisor's team. These cards display information about upcoming, ongoing, and recently ended games.

Game Tracking

Active Games: View all ongoing games that agents are currently participating in.

Recently Ended Games: Displays games that have ended in the last two weeks.

Game Types

Card formats vary depending on the type of game, highlighting relevant information. Clicking on a card reveals detailed information about the agent's gaming activities, including:

Milestones: Key achievements reached by the agent.
Top Team: Information about the top-performing team.
Top Dog: Details about the top-performing agent.
Multiplier Madness: Insights into games with multiplier bonuses.
Bullseye: Information on target-based games.
Connect All: Details about games that require connecting all elements.
Connect 3: Information on games that involve connecting three elements.

This widget is designed to provide supervisors with a comprehensive and intuitive way to monitor and manage their agents' gaming activities, ensuring effective tracking of progress and performance.
