Transcription for Copilot is only supported with Copilot for Agents. For other applications and vocabulary customizations, use CXone Mpower Transcription instead.
Setup for Transcription for Copilot is the same as for other Continuous Stream Transcription service providers. It requires custom scripting using the CONTINUOUS TRANSCRIPTION Studioaction.
