There are several actions you can take on a prompt profile. These actions include duplicating, deleting, renaming, and reverting to an older version.
The icon next to a prompt profile indicates its current status.
- 
                                                                 : The profile is a new draft that hasn't been published yet. : The profile is a new draft that hasn't been published yet.
- 
                                                                 : The profile is published with no pending changes from you. : The profile is published with no pending changes from you.
- 
                                                                 : The profile is reverted to an earlier version that isn't the currently published one. : The profile is reverted to an earlier version that isn't the currently published one.
- 
                                                                 : The profile has been published but has pending, unpublished changes. : The profile has been published but has pending, unpublished changes.
Delete a Profile
Required permissions: Launch GenAI Prompt Editor, Prompt Access Delete
- Click the app selector  and select Admin. and select Admin.
- Select AI Studio > GenAI Prompt Editor.
- In the Profiles menu, navigate to the profile you want to delete.
- Hover over the profile you want to delete. Click the three stacked dots icon  and then click Delete. and then click Delete.
- You will receive a notification that says when the profile was last in use. If the profile is currently in use and you still want to delete it, change the configuration to point to another profile. To do so: - Cancel the notification.
- Go to the page where the active prompt is selected for this profile type. Select a new profile and save.
- Return to the prompt profile and follow the earlier steps to delete it.
 
Copy a Profile
Required permissions: Launch GenAI Prompt Editor, Prompt Access Edit
You can make a copy of an existing profile to speed up the process of creating a new but similar prompt to one you already have. The copy will not include the version history of the original, so make sure you select the version you want before creating a copy.
- Click the app selector  and select Admin. and select Admin.
- Select AI Studio > GenAI Prompt Editor.
- In the Profiles menu, navigate to the profile you want to copy.
- Hover over the profile you want to copy. Click the three stacked dots icon  and then click Duplicate. and then click Duplicate.
- Rename the profile as needed.
Rename a Profile
Required permissions: Launch GenAI Prompt Editor, Prompt Access Edit
- Click the app selector  and select Admin. and select Admin.
- Select AI Studio > GenAI Prompt Editor.
- In the Profiles menu, navigate to the profile you want to rename.
- Hover over the profile you want to rename. Click the three stacked dots icon  and then click Rename. and then click Rename.
- Enter the new name and click the check mark  icon. icon.
Revert Profile to Previous Version
Required permissions: Launch GenAI Prompt Editor, Prompt Access Edit
When a user publishes a prompt profile, the new version of it is saved. You can access each version of the profile that was previously published. From there, you can make a copy or republish the older version as needed. When you've selected and republished an old version of a prompt profile, you can still access the versions that were published after the one you reverted to. For example, if your prompt profile is on V.4 and you revert to V.2 and publish, you will still be able to access V.3 and V.4.
- Click the app selector  and select Admin. and select Admin.
- Select AI Studio > GenAI Prompt Editor.
- In the Profiles menu, navigate to the profile you want to revert.
- Hover over the profile you want to revert. Click the three stacked dots icon  . Hover over History and select the version you want to access. . Hover over History and select the version you want to access.
From here, you can retest and republish the prompt or create a copy of the version you've selected.
Share a Profile
Required permissions: Only tenants with tenant segmentation enabled will have access to this feature, Launch GenAI Prompt Editor, Prompt Access Edit
You can share prompt profiles with different teams or divisions in your company. If your organization uses tenant segmentation, you will only see prompts that are relevant to your division. You can choose which division to share with, and set permissions so others can either view or edit the prompts based on their role.
- Click the app selector  and select Admin. and select Admin.
- Select AI Studio > GenAI Prompt Editor.
- In the Profiles menu, navigate to the profile you want to share.
- Hover over the profile you want to share. Click the three stacked dots icon  and then click Share. and then click Share.

                                                                In the Share Profile dialog box, click the Select Division dropdown. 
- 
                                                                Choose the target division from the list. Only one division can be selected per share action. 
- 
                                                                After selecting the division, click Share. A confirmation toast message is displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen.
