You can integrate your CRM with CXone Agent Integrated. This allows agents to see records from your CRM in the customer card. CXone Agent Integrated supports integration with:

You must enable the Agent Integrations employee profile attribute for the agent to see CRM records in the customer card. You must enable the Customer Card employee profile attribute for the agent to see the customer card.

After you've integrated your CRM with CXone Agent Integrated, you can complete additional CRM integration tasks, including data memorialization.
