The Scripts page in the ACD application displays a list of all Studio scripts that have been saved to the system. If you select a script from this list, you can view standard information through the Details, Notes, and Audit History tabs. You can also:
- View associated points of contact The entry point that an inbound contact uses to initiate an interaction, such as a phone number or email address. in the Points of Contact tab. - View previous versions of the script on the Version History tab and revert to a previous version.
- Spawn the script with temporary custom parameters in the Spawn tab. These parameters can be consumed by the spawned instance of the script as variables.
- Deactivate or reactivate a script.
If you want to create or test scripts, use the Studio or Desktop Studio applications.
