支援的指令碼類型

Caption

輸入在指令碼中唯一標識此操作的短語。 標題出現在指令碼畫布上的動作圖示下。 The default is the action name.

SecurityUser

SetSecurityUser 動作的輸出值，它根據選定客服專員在安全性設定檔中的權限對其進行身分驗證。 此欄位接受帶大括號 （ { } 格式的變數。 預設值為SecurityUser（與SetSecurityUser的預設輸出值相同）。

SessionId

為客服專員在 CXone Mpower 系統內的登入工作階段指派的唯一 ID。

結果分支條件

結果分支條件允許您在指令碼中建立分支，以處理執行動作時的不同結果。

Default

指令碼未能滿足需要它採用其中一個分支的條件時採用的路徑。 如果沒有定義動作的其他分支，也會採用該路徑。
Success 動作完成且無錯誤而且任何 API 調用或資料返回均成功時採用的路徑（2xx 回應代碼）。
InvalidSecurityUser 使用無效的安全使用者時採用的路徑。
InvalidAgentSession 如果輸入的SessionId無效，則採用的路徑。
InvalidAgentId 客服專員 ID 無效時採用的路徑。
ImpersonateNotEnabled

模擬未啟用時所採用的路徑。
