Exploring Mobile Features

Here is an overview of the features available on the CXone Mpower WFM Mobile app. for agents.

Schedule viewing

Agents can view their schedules for the current day and up to 4 weeks in advance. Past dates are not available. The calendar highlights scheduled days in light blue and the current day in dark blue. Select any day to see schedule details.

Notifications

Agents receive notifications for schedule updates or trade requests. The notifications section shows unacknowledged notifications and allows responses to trade offers. For more details, see Notifications for Schedule Updates.

Schedule Changes

Agents can request schedule changes via the mobile app. They can add, edit, or cancel activities on their schedule, similar to CXone Mpower WFM My Zone. The same rules apply to both web and mobile schedules. See Activity Codes for more information.

Shift Trades

Agents can manage shift trade requests from their mobile device and CXone Mpower WFM My Zone. Visit Shift Trading to learn more about this feature and its configuration.

Time Off

Agents can manage time off from their mobile device. They can view their time off summary, submit requests for single or multiple days, and cancel requests. The same configuration controls time off requests in both the web and mobile app. Review Time-Off Planning and Approval Rules for more details.

Shift Bidding for Mobile (Advanced License)

Shift Bidding allows agents to bid on shifts through the mobile app, offering more flexibility. This feature must be configured before use. Review Shift Bidding for how to create and manage a shift, and Shift Bidding for Mobile for how agents respond to a bid using their mobile device.

Self-Service (Advanced License)

Self-service features give agents real-time visibility and control over their schedules. Agents can request interval-level time off and extra hours, and initiate self-swaps. These requests can be auto-approved or sent for approval based on net-staffing levels. Review Approval Rules for more details.
