Script Example
This is an example to show how this action can be used in scripts. It is not intended to be a complete script. Additional scripting may be required.
In this script example, DNC Lookup checks a number to see if it is in a do not call list. If the number is not in a list, then a Menu action offers two options. The contact can click 1 to request an agent, or 2 to be added to a do not call group. When a phone number is added to a group, it is also added to all of the do not call lists assigned to the skills Used to automate delivery of interactions based on agent skills, abilities, and knowledge that are assigned to the group.
