The Coaching Workflow report helps you to track the coaching progress of your team. You can view how quickly your team members respond to their coaching sessions. You can use the report to identify those who are not completing their assigned coaching on time. You can filter the report by Plan Name or Assignee Name.

Elinor Dashwood is a supervisor at Classics, Inc. She wants to check on the status of her team's coaching plans. She opens the Coaching Workflow report, defines a time period, and selects her team. In the Plan Name drop down, she selects the coaching plans she wants to view data for. She uses the data in the Assigned To, Coaching Completed On, and Coaching Received On columns to identify members of her team who are struggling to complete their assigned coaching on time.

Data in this Report

The Coaching Workflow report has multiple columns that present data attributes and metrics. The table below provides a description for each column.

Column Description
Plan ID Unique ID of the plan used for coaching.
Plan Name Name of the plan used for coaching.
Created By Name of the person who created the coaching plan.
Created By ID Unique ID of the person who created the coaching plan.
Coaching Received On Date and time (in UTC) the coaching was made available to the assignee.
Assigned To Name of the person who was assigned the coaching.
Assignee ID Unique ID of the person who was assigned the coaching.
Plan Start Date

Date and time (in UTC) when the coaching started.

Plan End Date

Date and time (in UTC) the coaching must be completed by.

Coaching Completed On Date and time (in UTC) the assignee completed the coaching.
Package Name Name of the package used for coaching.
Package ID Unique ID of the package used for coaching.
Package Version Version of the package used for coaching.
Coaching Status

Current status of the coaching. Possible coaching statuses are:

  • Assigned

  • Completed

  • Expired

Workflow ID Unique ID of the coaching workflow.
