Data Streams
Data Streams allow you transmit, process, and enrich events and IVR logs from CXone Mpower. You can stream this data from CXone Mpower to an external source. CXone Mpower streams the data in either Kinesis or Kafka streams. This lets you use your own tools to process the data, like business intelligence tools, machine learning models, or data analysis tools. Data Streams let you make the event data compatible with your external tools by:

Delivering real-time data.

Scrambling or erasing sensitive data.

Supporting multiple data formats.
The following are examples of tools you can use for producing interactive charts and reports, histograms, filters and queries, and so forth. They help you draw meaningful, actionable conclusions:

If you want to set up a data stream, work with your Account Representative. They must enable Data Streams for your tenant High-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your CXone Mpower system. and ensure IVR log data is switched on for you. You must also use your own technical resources to consume the data stream.

- PROTO
- JSON
- AVRO
- JSON with Line Feed
- JSON AVRO with Line Feed
- CXone Mpower provides the data stream. You must create a service or system that can subscribe to and consume the stream.
- Currently, the only data you can stream are IVR logs.
