Configure Custom Storage in Azure
This page is for Cloud Storage in Azure. If you use Cloud Storage in AWS, see the AWS storage section of the Cloud Storage Services online help.
Required permissions: File Life Cycle Management Edit
Custom storage must be enabled for your system before you can configure it. If you don't see the options for custom storage in CXone Mpower Cloud Storage, contact your Account Representative.
Ensure that you have the permissions in your AWS or Azure account required to save data on the storage location you specify. You should create only one custom storage location.
You cannot modify Life Cycle Management rules after custom storage is enabled. If you have files in active storage, they are managed by the rules that are in place when you enable custom storage. If you need to update the rules, do so before enabling custom storage. Life Cycle Management rules do not apply to files in custom storage.
