Supports instances when a customer tells an agent that he would like his number removed from the calling list, so the agent can indicate the client's request in her script and append the customer's number to the customer DNC list.

_addtodnc is for use with Sytel only. The DNC Add Via Skill and DNC Add Via Group actions are for Personal Connection.
