You can view information about your recent interactions in My Zone, in the Recent Interactions page. If you're using MAX, access your interactions by clicking the WEM tab.
The Recent Interactions page displays all of your interactions from the last 24 hours. You can also view your interactions from the last 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days.
For each interaction you can see the type of interaction, when it began and how long it lasted, whether it was incoming or outgoing, the disposition, and the segment ID.
You can copy entire rows from the grid, making it easy to send information about a call to your supervisor.
You can even play back any of the interactions for review, as long as you have the correct permissions enabled.
