Recording Export API - SEA Usage Report
The Recording Export API – SEA Usage Report helps you monitor how many interaction files are copied or moved to the SEA folder each month. This report is essential for organizations that use lifecycle rules to copy or move recordings to SEA, because it provides visibility into SEA usage and helps estimate potential billing charges. By tracking monthly activity, teams can ensure their usage stays within acceptable limits and avoid unexpected costs.

You must have these permissions:

Dashboard > Dashboard Templates > Recording Export API Usage:view:On

Dashboard > Dashboards: View

Dashboard > Dashboards: Edit (optional)
If you cannot access the reporting templates or Dashboard, check with your administrator. The administrator can find these permissions in CXone Mpower. Go to Admin > Security Settings > Roles and Permissions and select the role.
Data Overview
The report displays a summary table showing the number of files copied or moved to the SEA folder for the current and previous two months. The table includes a row for each month and shows the following metric:
# of Files Copied/Moved to SEA folder: The total number of recording files copied or moved to the SEA folder during the month.
By default, the report always shows data for the current month and the previous two months. The date range cannot be changed.
You can adjust how the data is displayed on the dashboard.
Click Options
and then Settings on the dataset to filter the data you want to see.
To export the report data for further analysis or reporting, click Export to download the dashboard data in CSV or Excel format.
