Recording Export API - SEA Usage Report

The Recording Export API – SEA Usage Report helps you monitor how many interaction files are copied or moved to the SEA folder each month. This report is essential for organizations that use lifecycle rules to copy or move recordings to SEA, because it provides visibility into SEA usage and helps estimate potential billing charges.
