CXone Billing Report
The CXone Billing report displays billing-related usage for CXone products that affect monthly charges. It provides daily counts and agent‑level details for key AI and digital capabilities, so you can see what is driving billed usage. The report includes grids for Real-Time Interaction Guidance, Bot Builder, Agents Summaries, Interaction Summary, Digital Foundations, and Enlighten Copilot. Reports appear based on the CXone licenses that are enabled.
An operations manager wants a clear view of how AI and digital capabilities are being used across the contact center and how that usage impacts monthly charges. By using the CXone Billing report, they can:

Track daily Real-Time Interaction Guidance activity and see which agents are driving usage.

Monitor Bot Builder sessions over time.

Review the number of generated interaction summaries and which agents are receiving AutoSummary results.

Understand billed digital messaging volume.

Track Enlighten Copilot for Agents sessions.

Correlate usage across products to validate billing and identify adoption trends.
You must have these permissions:

Dashboard > Dashboard Templates > CXone Billing:view:On

Dashboard > Dashboards: View

Dashboard > Dashboards: Edit (optional)
If you cannot access the reporting templates or Dashboard, check with your administrator. The administrator can find these permissions in CXone Mpower. Go to Admin > Security Settings > Roles and Permissions and select the role.

Real-Time Interaction Guidance
This table shows daily Real-Time Interaction Guidance (RTIG) usage and related agent details.
