CXone Billing Report

The CXone Billing report displays billing-related usage for CXone products that affect monthly charges. It provides daily counts and agent‑level details for key AI and digital capabilities, so you can see what is driving billed usage. The report includes grids for Real-Time Interaction Guidance, Bot Builder, Agents Summaries, Interaction Summary, Digital Foundations, and Enlighten Copilot. Reports appear based on the CXone licenses that are enabled.

The report includes multiple tables described below.

Real-Time Interaction Guidance

This table shows daily Real-Time Interaction Guidance (RTIG) usage and related agent details.

RTIG-Peak Users By Day

This table shows the date and the maximum number of Real-Time Interaction Guidance (RTIG) users for that day.

This lets you quickly spot how daily RTIG usage peaks change over time within the chosen date range.

Bot Builder

This table shows the number of Bot Builder sessions per day.

Interaction Summary

This table shows the volume of interaction summaries created per day.

Agents Summaries

This table shows how many agents received AutoSummary content on each date, along with agent details.

Agents Received Summaries Per Day

This table shows the number of agents who received AutoSummary content for each date in the selected time period.

Digital Foundations

This grid shows billed digital message summaries.

Enlighten Copilot

This table shows the number of Copilot for Agents sessions per day.
