As a contact center supervisor or administrator, you are generally responsible for keeping track of contact center agent performance. To track performance, there are tools available for dashboards to ensure that the contact center is running smoothly. The ACD reporting widgets are self-contained modules with specific functionality that can be installed and executed from a dashboard. These widgets are drag-and-drop and snap to a grid configuration to create a customized dashboard with only the information you want to track. They provide a quick view of real-time contact center data as it is collected.
