Enable AI Agents (Cognigy) Application and SSO Access

AI Agents (Cognigy) must be enabled for your tenant before users can access it through SSO.

  • Tenant Enablement: A Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Professional Services must enable the AI Agents (Cognigy) application for your tenant in Tenant Management.

  • Assign CXone permissions (Admin): After AI Agents (Cognigy) application is enabled, a CXone admin assigns View or Edit permissions to users or groups to control access to Cognigy AI. For details, refer to AI Agents (Cognigy) Permissions topic.

  • SSO access (End users): Once permissions are set, users sign in to CXone and launch Cognigy AI via SSO from the application launcher. They land directly on the Cognigy home page for that tenant — no additional AI Agents (Cognigy) setup is required to sign in.
