Connections Hub permissions control access to the Connections Hub page in NiCE CXone. This page allows you to access Agent Assist Hub, Virtual Agent Hub, Integration Hub, Voice Biometrics Hub, Transcription Hub, and Text-to-Speech (Cloud TTS Hub), Channel Mapping, Presence Sync Mapping, and Subscriptions. The availability of these options on the Connections Hub page depends on the licenses enabled in your system.
Launch Connections Hub
Enables users to give users access to the Connections Hub menu in NiCE CXone. This menu must be enabled for your NiCE CXone system before the permission can be assigned to roles.
