Automation Jobs

Use the menu on the left to locate pages for each individual job. Each page contains instructions for creating that specific job.

Jobs are the action you want Digital Experience to take when a trigger fires. Most of the actions you can select require you to provide additional information about what you want to happen.

Key Facts About Jobs

  • Jobs must be added to a trigger or a scheduler. They require defined timing and conditions to run.
  • Each job can be assigned to multiple triggers. This means the action would take place in response to a number of different customer behaviors or events.
  • More than one job can be assigned to each trigger. This means that multiple actions would take place in response to one specific customer behavior or event.
  • Jobs can process up to 500 contacts at a time. If you need to process more, have the job run more than once per day at different times.
