WFM Mobile Setup

The CXone Mpower WFM user-friendly mobile app mirrors many of the features available on the My Zone, web interface. Agents can:

  • View their schedule

  • Request a schedule edit such as a change to a lunch time or addition of a meeting

  • Request time off and view time off balance information

  • Initiate and accept a shift trade

  • Receive schedule update and trade notifications.

In addition, agents with the Advance license can:

  • View and respond to a shift bid

  • Use Self-service features including:

  • View and request Time Off by interval

  • View and submit for Extra Hours opportunities by Interval

  • View and submit Self-swap opportunities by interval

CXone WFM provides a single configuration point for My Zone and the mobile app, streamlining the administrative process and ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.

For newly-activated agents, skills and schedules are reflected on the next day after the nightly job is executed.
