Export Agent Schedules API: This API lets you send agent schedules from WFM to other apps. You can get the schedule of one agent at a time for up to seven days. This is useful for connecting scheduling info to other systems, like an interactive voice response (IVR) system.
Data Extraction APIs: These APIs let you get data from CXone Mpower, such as WFM payroll data. Data can be filtered based on a specific date range.
