NiCE CXone Transcription for Copilot is a native option for Continuous Stream Transcription. This service converts spoken words into text.
Transcription for Copilot is only supported with Copilot for Agents. For other applications and vocabulary customizations, use NiCE CXone Transcription instead.
Setup for Transcription for Copilot is the same as for other Continuous Stream Transcription service providers. It requires custom scripting using the CONTINUOUS TRANSCRIPTION Studioaction.
