The scripts in this section are intended to give you a starting place in developing scripts for your organization. You can download and customize them for use in your environment.

- Perform plenty of testing to ensure that these scripts work properly in your environment. These scripts are approved by technical personnel, but NICE CXone is not responsible for errors or mistakes that occur during your integration process.
