Note

This help page is for Desktop Studio. This information is also available for CXone Studio.

Holds an explanatory or critical comment to assist a person who is viewing the script. The Note action:

  • Is not required.
  • Does not have to be connected to any other actions.
  • Can be located anywhere in the design canvas.

The recommended best practice is to use notes because the more clearly a script is documented, the easier it is for other developers and support personnel to use. You can also use Annotation to add information for users.
