Message Center

CXone Mpower Message Center lets you sign up for free product trials. When a trial becomes available, you receive a notification under the bell icon on the top right corner of the CXone Mpower administrative platform. You can access the trial in two ways: 

  • Clicking the notification under the bell icon Icon: a bell with a 1 to indicate 1 unread message. when you receive a new trial.

  • Opening the Message Center application from the app selector on the top left corner of the CXone Mpower platform.

You can click a new trial or trial in progress in the Message Center to see more details about it. Both pending trials and active trials include the following information:

  • The name of the application.

  • The duration of the trial.

  • Other information NICE chose to include.

For active trials, you can also see:

  • The name, phone number, and email address of a contact for you to reach if you want to extend the trial or purchase the product.

  • Contact information for NICE Support if you need help with the product.

  • Possible link to a demo or demo sheet.

  • Possible link to training or online help for the product.

Activate or Decline Trial Offers

Required permissions: Message Center

A trial will remain in the Message Center until you accept or decline it, until the offer ends, or until the trial period of an accepted offer ends. When a new trial becomes available, you receive a notification in the CXone Mpower platform under the bell icon on the top right corner.

  1. Click the app selector icon of app selector and select Message Center.

  2. Click the trial you want to activate or decline to open it. Alternatively, you can click the new trial notification under the bell icon.

  3. Review the details about the trial and decide whether you want to activate or decline it.

  4. To begin the activation process:

    1. Click Activate.

    2. Review the details in the pop-up window. If you want to continue, click Confirm. A confirmation message appears and you see a thank-you page. This page includes a point of contact for you to reach if you want to purchase the product and Support information if you need help using the product.

  5. To decline the offer:

    1. Click the Tell us why link at the bottom of the page.

    2. Click Share Feedback if you want to open a feedback form and share why you are declining the offer.

    3. Click Decline to remove the offer from Message Center without activating the offer.
