Switch Between User Accounts
Users with multiple user accounts in CXone Mpower can switch between them on the account access page. You can set up secondary accounts that link to your primary account. Secondary accounts must have the same email address as your primary account. You can switch between these accounts as often as you need without having to log out and back in again. The URL of the account access page is https://cxone.niceincontact.com/account-access.
Complete each of these tasks in the order given.
Identify the User ID of Your Primary Account

Click the app selector
and select Admin.

Go to Security Settings > Bulk Upload Portal.

Click Employees and click Download Active Users. A CSV file is downloaded to your device.

Open the CSV file.

Copy the user ID of your primary account from the User ID column. You will use this ID when you set up your secondary accounts.
Link Secondary Accounts to Your Primary Account

Click the app selector
and select Admin.

Click Employees.

Select the employee account that you want to link to your primary account.

Click the Security tab.

Select None Selected from the Login Authenticator drop-down. You won't be able to login directly to CXone Mpower with your secondary accounts. You will only be able to access your secondary accounts on the account access page.

In the External Identity field, enter the user ID of your primary account.

Click Save.

Repeat this process for each of your secondary accounts.
Switch Between Primary and Secondary Accounts

Go to https://cxone.niceincontact.com/account-access in your browser.

Log in with your primary account's username and password.

Select the secondary account that you want to use. Doing so will grant you access to CXone Mpower with that account.

Keep this page open if you want to switch between user accounts.
