Troubleshooting

You must run the Tenant Management and ESP applications on a Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browser.

ISSUE

POSSIBLE CAUSE

SOLUTION

Unable to get to the ESP application from the RCP. The RCP displays this message: The Enhanced Strategic Planner configuration has not been completed.

The subdomain for the tenant does not exist in the WFM.

Contact your NICE Cloud team to add the subdomain to the WFM.

Unable to log in to the ESP application from a supported web browser. The Sign In page displays this message: Could not log in. Try again or contact your administrator.

Invalid username or password.

You logged in as master (case insensitive).

You do not have modify or view-only permissions for the ESP application.

Re-enter a valid username and password.

The master user name (case insensitive) is invalid for ESP.

Contact your administrator for ESP permissions.

Unable to convert a plan to the active forecast. You receive an error window with this message: Something went wrong. Try to log in again.

Invalid WFM session or ESP token.

Log in to ESP again.

Unable to create a plan. After selecting an entity, you receive an error window with this message: Something went wrong. Try to log in again.

Invalid WFM session or ESP token when retrieving long-term forecast list.

Log in to ESP again.

Unable to change intervals for a plan when viewing as a chart or grid. You receive this toast message: Could not change the date interval. Refresh the page or try again.

Internal server error. The server encountered an unexpected condition, such as: hardware failure, network issues, operating system process errors, and so on.

Refresh the Manage Plans page and try again.

Log out and back in. Try again.

Error received when creating a plan, saving a plan as another plan, changing settings, or converting a plan to the active forecast. You receive an error window with this message: Something went wrong. Try again.

Internal server error. The server encountered an unexpected condition, such as: hardware failure, network issues, operating system process errors, and so on.

Refresh the plan details page and try again.

Log out and back in. Try again.

An active forecast must exist for the entire target date range.

When converting a plan to the active forecast, the selected active forecast date range falls outside the existing active forecast date range for one or more of the CTs in the plan entity.

Change the active forecast date range to one where an active forecast exists for each CT included in the plan.
