Shift Bidding for Mobile

Shift Bidding for mobile allows you to bid on shifts through the CXone Mpower WFM mobile app allowing more flexibility for shift bid management.

The agents in the scheduling unit set their preferred priorities for each weekly shift pattern, and then WFM assigns the shifts.

If two agents request the same shift, the one with the higher rank will have preference. If the agents have the same rank, the one with the greater seniority will have preference. If they also have the same seniority, the one who sent the first bid will have preference.

The different statuses of bids are:

  • Open: The bidding is currently open in progress.

  • Closed: Bidding is completed and has been closed. Agents can no longer bid.

  • Canceled: A bid that was opened and then canceled. Agents can no longer bid.

To bid on a shift:

  1. Tap the menu icon at the top of the screen and tap Shift Bidding.

  2. Tap to filter bids by their status.
  3. Select Open and tap Apply Filters.
  4. Select the preferred pattern.
  5. Tap to bid on the shift.
  6. Tap Submit Bid.
